Суд поселка Кромы Орловской области приговорил к шести месяцам общественных работ учителя и поэта Александра Бывшева, признанного виновным в экстремизме и разжигании национальной розни, сообщает ВВС России

По решению суда Бывшеву, преподававшему в местной школе немецкий язык, также запрещено работать учителем.

В марте 2014 года после аннексии Россией Крыма Александр Бывшев написал два стихотворения, в которых в резких выражениях призвал украинцев сопротивляться интервентам.

В рамках заведенного на него уголовного дела была проведена лингвистическая экспертиза, которая не обнаружила ничего криминального в стихах Бывшева.

Однако затем была проведена еще одна экспертиза, согласно которой стихи Бывшева возбуждают ненависть и вражду к русским. Именно эту, повторную экспертизу суд приобщил к делу.
