Басманный суд Москвы заочно арестовал депутата Госдумы Илью Пономарева, обвиняемого в пособничестве в растрате более 22 млн рублей фонда "Сколково", передает корр.ТАСС. Таким образом, суд удовлетворил ходатайство следствия. Защита заявила, что обжалует это решение, сообщает ТАСС

"Ходатайство следователя удовлетворить. Избрать в отношении Пономарева меру пресечения в виде заключения под стражу заочно", - огласила решение судья Валентина Левашова. Согласно закону, срок ареста обвиняемого составляет два месяца и будет отсчитывается с момента его фактического задержания.

"Решение суда политически мотивировано. Мы будем, безусловно, обжаловать это постановление в городском суде", - сказала адвокат парламентария Мария Баст.

Ранее Пономарева объявили в международный розыск. Следователь в зале суда заявил, что СК РФ располагает доказательствами причастности  депутата к растрате 22 млн рублей "Сколково".  

В свою очередь адвокат Мария Баст заявила, что следствие говорит о виновности Пономарева как о доказанном факте, не имея решения суда, "что нарушает презумпцию невиновности подзащитного".
