В столице выстроена целая политтехнологическая пирамида.

По информации от источников ZN.UA в штабе мэра Киева Виталия Кличко, из 1067 участков Киева — 968 определены его командой как базовые на выборах 25 октября.

Как рассказали источники, избирательная "политтехнологическая пирамида" штаба мэра столицы выглядит следующим образом: 60 кустов по 16 участков, в каждом из которых по 250 уполномоченных. Самое низшее руководящее звено сети — домовой. В каждом из 10 тысяч многоквартирных домов столицы — свой домовой, с зарплатой в 500 грн. Руководители районных штабов уже получают зарплату 50 тыс. грн в месяц, а старт активной  кампании удвоит их доход.
