В телевизионном сюжете российского телеканала "LifeNews" от 28 июля журналисты рассказали о якобы правительственной украинской программе амнистии для боевиков "ДНР" и "ЛНР" при поддержке USAID, используя несуществующий документ. Об этом УНН сообщили в ответ на запрос в секретариата Кабинета министров Украины.

Так, в новости российского телеканала сообщили, что получили документ из источника в окружении главы Донецкой ОГА Павла Жебривского. Документ якобы с подписью министра Кабинета министров Украины Анны Онищенко адресован министру внутренних дел Арсену Авакову, министру обороны Степану Полтораку, председателю СБУ Василию Грицаку и другим министрам. В тексте приведены положения программы под названием "Рука помощи" якобы при поддержке USAID.

По условиям программы, якобы всем боевикам, которые добровольно сдадут оружие и перейдут на украинскую сторону, обещают предоставление соцпакета, включая жилье, а также молодежи до 30 лет возможность бесплатно получить образование в Польше или Чехии.

В ответ на запрос УНН в секретариат Кабмина, стало известно, что такой документ не существует.

"Документа с подписью министра Кабинета министров А.Онищенко, о котором идет речь в Вашем запросе, не существует", - ответили в официальном письме в адрес УНН.

Кроме того, в организации USAID сообщили журналистам, что программы "Рука помощи" при их содействии не существует.
