Фінансування партій з бюджету – це ключова вимога
прозорості політичного процесу в країні

Про це народний депутат фракції Партії «Блок Петра Порошенка» Сергій
Лещенко      зазначив під час прес-конференції в УНІАН на тему: «Останній
крок до державного фінансування партій: які зміни необхідно внести до
законопроекту 2123а перед другим читанням».

«Політичні партії, які приходять до влади, фінансуються у непрозорий
спосіб олігархічними кланами або окремими бізнесменами. Тому, в
майбутньому намагаються отримати компенсацію… Фінансування партій з
бюджету – це ключова вимога прозорості політичного процесу в країні. Це –
норма, яка існує майже в усіх європейських країнах. Україна вже
наблизилася до завершального етапу, аби ця норма запрацювала і в нашій
державі», – зауважив народний депутат.

«Законопроект 2123а був прийнятий на минулій сесії за підтримки
Міністерства юстиції України. Хочу підкреслити їхню важливу роль у цьому
процесі. Вони першими подали свій законопроект, але потім пішли на зустріч
депутатській групі, яка працювала в Комітеті з питань запобігання
корупції, і відкликали свій законопроект, поступившись   депутатському
законопроекту. Саме цей документ зараз на другому читанні», – зазначив
Сергій Лещенко.

Також парламентар підкреслив, що навіть політичний спротив деяких партій
буде подоланий політичною волею керівництва держави, адже фінансування
партій з бюджету це – норма, яка є вимогою ЄС для запровадження
безвізового режиму.

«Ми плануємо схвалити законопроект вже до кінця вересня. Цей місяць є
ключовим для того, аби документ пройшов усі обговорення і на другому
сесійному засіданні вересня був проголосований депутатами», – зауважив
парламентар.
