Прокуратура Штутгарта начала расследование по подозрению в разжигании розни пользователем Facebook, в начале сентября оставившим под псевдонимом на странице программы Weltspiegel общественно-правового телеканала ARD сообщение экстремистского характера. Дело касается материала о ситуации с беженцами на сербско-венгерской границе,сообщили в пятницу, 18 сентября, прокуратура и телерадиокомпания Südwestrundfunk (SWR), входящая в структуру ARD, сообщает DW.com.

Расследование начато на основании иска, поданного в прокуратуру руководством SWR, говорится в сообщениях. В настоящее время в немецкие правоохранительные органы поступает большое количество заявлений, связанных с экстремистскими и ксенофобскими постами в социальных сетях, указывает dpa. Министерство юстиции ФРГ и Facebook недавно сообщили о намерении принять меры для сокращения количества подобных сообщений в Сети.
