Українці, які живуть з вадами слуху, отримають можливість дивитися інтернет-телебачення на мові жестів. Інтернет-телеканал запустять наприкінці 2015.

Центр освіти та підтримки «Res-Gest» (м. Ряшів, Польща)  та товариство «Зелений Хрест» (м. Львів, Україна) запускають проект під назвою «Інтернет-телебачення для глухих - широко прочинене вікно в світ для людей з обмеженими можливостями в Україні», що фінансується польським Міністерством закордонних справ. 

У запуску інтернет-телебачення також візьмуть участь і польські журналісти каналу GlusiTV, на базі якого й створять новий український проект. Його вартість складає близько 60 000 злотих (18 000 доларів), з яких 40 000 (10 000) були надані грантом від МЗС Польщі. 

Українська версія GlusiTV, що розроблялася в період з серпня по грудень, стартує наприкінці листопада - на початку грудня цього року. Телеканал інформуватиме на мові жестів українців про питання праці, зміни у законодавстві, культурні та спортивні заходи, а також вивчення мови жестів.
