Глава Луганской областной военно-гражданской администрации Георгий Тука заявил, что вслед за Сватово, местные выборы могут быть признаны недействительными еще в двух городах области.

По словам Георгия Туки, в Рубежном и Северодонецке Луганской области выборы также могут быть признаны несостоявшимися из-за ошибок, допущенных при изготовлении избирательных бюллетеней.

"Если исходить из того же принципа, который отыграл свою роль в Сватово. Если партия Рога и копыта не выдвинула своего кандидата, то логично, что избирательная комиссия не внесла такую кандидатуру в бюллетень и получается, что количество партий разнится от участка к участку. И определенные силу могут играть задним числом, добиваясь признания выборов недействительными", - заявил Тука.

Такие проблемы, по словам Туки, возникают в связи с пробелами избирательного законодательства, - передает Новое время

"С моей точки зрения, это очередной пробел законодательства и нечестные политики могут этим пользоваться. Если вы не выдвинули кандидата на избирательном участке, то чего вам вообще требовать?", - заявил глава Луганской области.
