Національна рада звернеться до суду щодо анулювання супутникової ліцензії на мовлення ТОВ «ІНФО24» (логотип «ТВі») і ефірної ліцензій на мовлення «ТРК «ТелеРадіоСвіт» (логотип «ТВі»). Відповідні рішення ухвалені на засіданні 26 жовтня.

Телеканал «ТВі» вже тривалий час не мовить, що неодноразово було засвідчено моніторингами Національної ради, повідомляє прес-служба.

З квітня 2014 року регуляторний орган ухвалив низку рішень стосовно зазначених ліцензіатів. Зокрема, у квітні 2014 року було визнано порушення мовниками вимог частини сьомої статті 27, пункту а) частини першої статті 59 Закону України «Про телебачення і радіомовлення» через те, що мовлення не велося. Компаніям було оголошено попередження. У серпні 2015 року до мовників застосовано санкцію «стягнення штрафу» у зв’язку з неусуненням порушень, визнаних попередніми рішеннями, та неприведенням діяльності у відповідність до вимог чинного законодавства. Тоді компанії було зобов’язано протягом двох тижнів привести свою діяльність у відповідність до вимог чинного законодавства.

Моніторинг, проведений регулятором у вересні, засвідчив, що «ІНФО24» і ТРК «ТелеРадіоСвіт» мовлення не відновили, що свідчить про неусунення порушень після застосування санкцій «оголошення попередження» і «стягнення штрафу». Тому Національна рада вирішила застосувати до зазначених ліцензіатів санкцію «подання до суду справи про анулювання ліцензії на мовлення».
