На Росії проти сестри української льотчиці Надії Савченко Віри порушено кримінальну справу

Про це у "Твітері" повідомив адвокат Марк Фейгін.

Фейгін також прикріпив копії доручення про виробництво слідчих дій відносно Віри Савченко.

Як випливає з матеріалів, вона "висловлювала явну неповагу до суду і судової влади Росії, навмисно, публічно висловила на адресу головуючого судді Ісмаїлова В.С. фразу "Не суддя, а чмо".

Сама Віра повідомила, що її звинувачують у "неповазі до суду, що виразилася в образі учасників судового розгляду"

Про це вона розповіла на своїй сторінці у Facebook.

Санкція статті передбачає покарання від штрафу до арешту на чотири місяці.

"У Чеченській Республіці, суддя Ісмаілов, що судить Карпюка, Клиха, не залишає мою скромну персону без Своєї уваги... Мабуть так сподобалась, що захотів посадити поближче", - написала Савченко.
