Group DF бизнесмена Дмитрия Фирташа заявляет о завершении официальной регистрации в Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM) знаков для товаров и услуг (ТМ) "Ukraine Tomorrow", "Ukraine Morgen" и "Україна Завтра", вокруг которых у группы возник спор с министром информационной политики Юрием Стецем, пишет Delo.ua.

"Получив свидетельства о регистрации ТМ, Group DF подтвердила свои эксклюзивные права на бренд в 8 классах по Международной классификации товаров и услуг. Регистрация действует до 2025 года и распространяется территории всех 27 стран — членов ЕС и Украины", — говорится в сообщении Group DF в среду.

Группа отмечает, что использовала словосочетание "Ukraine Tomorrow" в публичных мероприятиях с 2014 года, после чего решила подать документы на регистрацию данного бренда.

Как сообщалось, в начале 2015 года Юрий Стець анонсировал создание канала иновещания Ukraine Tomorrow. В августе министр информационной политики сообщил о сложностях с названием создаваемого телеканала.

"Случайным образом, после того как мы полгода заявляли о намерении создать телеканал Ukraine Tomorrow, компания "Дмитро Фирташ Груп" (Group DF) внесла представление на закрепление за собой патента на названием Ukraine Tomorrow на всех языках мира", — сказал Стець.

В Group DF тогда заявляли, что при подаче документов на регистрацию бренда "Ukraine Tomorrow" руководствовались "исключительно бизнес-логикой", также указывая, что использовали его с 2014 года.

OHIM является агентством Европейского союза, которое обеспечивает регистрацию и правовую охрану товарных знаков и промышленных образцов на территории стран-членов ЕС.
