У середу, 3 лютого, детективи Національного антикорупційного бюро України розпочали перевірку фактів, озвучених Міністром економічного розвитку і торгівлі Айварасом Абрамавичусом щодо можливого втручання в роботу МЕРТ з боку першого заступника лідера фракції БПП Ігоря Кононенка та деяких інших народних депутатів. Відомості внесено до Єдиного реєстру досудових розслідувань за попередньою правовою кваліфікацією правопорушення за статтею 364 (ч.2) Кримінального кодексу України «Зловживання владою або службовим становищем».
А.Абрамовичуса буде найближчим часом запрошено до НАБУ для допиту як свідка щодо фактів, про які він повідомив під час прес-конференції 3 лютого 2016 р.
