«Милдронат» – препарат с содержанием мельдония, который с 1 января 2016 год был включен в списки Всемирной антидопинговой организации. На употреблении допинга попались десятки спортсменов и, в частности, звезда тенниса Мария Шарапова.

В латвийской Grindex, которая производит препарат, сообщили, что скандал стал прекрасной рекламой и серьезно увеличил продажи. В настоящее время компания изучает способы повлиять на решение WADA, сообщает Mixnews.
