На праздновании дня рождения лидера ЛДПР Владимира Жириновского произошел конфликт с участием видеокорреспондента "Новой газеты" Глеба Лиманского и помощника вице-спикера Государственной думы РФ, руководителя высшего совета ЛДПР Игоря Лебедева. Об этом сообщает Гордон.

Замглавреда "Новой газеты" Сергей Соколов рассказал агентству, что Лиманский снимал мероприятие и "на него напал помощник депутата Лебедева, некто Шпрыгин, в футбольных кругах известный как Команчи. Он сломал камеру, сломал флешку, нанес побои".

По словам Соколова, Лиманский обратился с жалобой в полицию, где пообещали проверить факт напаления на журналиста.

При этом Лебедев уверяет, что драки между его помощником и видеокорреспондентом не было. Вице-спикер Госдумы назвал журналиста провокатором, добавив, что Лиманский "попытался испортить праздник, но у него этого не получилось".

Празднования проходили на Манежной площади в Москве 25 апреля.
