Разработчик и владелец мессенджера Telegram Павел Дуров в своём Twitter сообщил, что с помощью его программы в одном из испанских городов выберут названия для 8 улиц.

 

Telegram будет использоваться для проведения соответствующего референдума.

Отметим, что на сегодняшний день этот мессенджер считается одним из самых защищённых, хотя ранее мы уже писали, что хакеры показали его уязвимость в связке с устаревшими протоколами связи.
