Державний прапор з декоративного каменю прикрасив узбіччя 33 кілометру траси Київ-Харків вбік міжнародного аеропорту «Бориспіль».

Синьо-жовтий стяг став найбільшим в Україні, таким чином встановивши національний рекорд.

 

Ініціатива створення архітектурної пам’ятки належить Бориспільській РДА. А приурочили її відкриття до 25-ої річниці Незалежності України. Довжина прапору: 50 метрів, ширина: 15 метрів.

Викладали панно два тижні. Для цього знадобилося 40 кубів кварцитової крихти, 170 літрів фарби. Кам’яний прапор внесли до Книги рекордів України.
