Українська студія Gloria FX (Дніпро) отримала нагороду MTV Video Music Awards за Кращі візуальні ефекти в кліпі групи Coldplay Up & Up.

Церемонія нагородження, на якій премію щорічно вручають виконавцям, кліпи яких визнані кращими в різних категоріях і стилях, пройшла 28 серпня в Нью-Йорку.

Премію за ефекти у вражаючому кліпі британців Coldplay отримала дніпровська студія Gloria FX і режисер Ваня Хейман, пише Новое время

Конкурентами кліпу Up & Up в цій номінації були роботи Pillowtalk від ZAYN, Send My Love (To Your New Lover) від Адель, M3LL155X від FKA twigs, can't Feel My Face від The Weeknd.

За словами CEO студії Gloria FX Сергія Машевського, більшість кадрів, які вразили глядачів, знімали на студії в Києві спільними зусиллями столичного продакшену Radioactive і Gloria FX.

Відеоряд проходив затвердження вокаліста Кріса Мартіна. "Ми два тижні працювали над дуже красивим кадром, а він сказав: "Мені не подобається, приберіть взагалі", - розповів Машевський Vogue.

"Хочеться, щоб у світі дізналися, що і в Україні є чудові фахівці, які роблять класні музичні відео. Зробимо в Дніпрі великий продакшн з павільйонами та майданчиками, тут же - школи, де готуватимуть фахівців з візуальних ефектів. Будемо знімати свою анімацію та продавати її світу", - підсумував він.

Студія Gloria FX створена в Дніпрі в 2008 році. Штат - 50 співробітників, 40 з яких - художники різних спеціальностей, від рисувальників до 3D-моделювання.

Gloria FX зробила візуальні ефекти та постпродакшен для кліпів Каньє Уеста, Мериліна Менсона, Muse, Брітні Спірс, Іггі Азалії, Девіда Гетти, OneRepublic, FKA Twigs.

У 2015 році студія Gloria FX перемогла в номінації Кращі візуальні ефекти MTV Video Awards c кліпом Skrillex feat Justin Bieber Where are you now.
