Судья Киевского административного апелляционного суда Светлана Шелест задекларировала элитную квартиру в самом центре Киева. Правда, стоимость недвижимости минимум в 120 раз меньше ее годовой зарплаты. Возможно, поэтому жилье в декларации судьи вписано в графе "Подарки, призы, декларации".

Об этом говорится в сюжете программы "Наші гроші".

Рыночная стоимость трехкомнатной квартиры на Институтской,18 общей площадью в 148 "квадратов", обладательницей которой в январе 2015 года стала Светлана Шелест, варьируется в районе $1-2 миллионов.

Интересно, что в декларации за 2015 год судья указала 236 000 гривен зарплаты за год. В то же время в графе "Подарки, призы, выигрыши" прописана общая сумма 2 800 000 гривен.

В мае 2016 года Светлана Шелест прошла квалификационный оценки в Высшей квалификационной комиссии судей, закрепив за собой право на должность. Судья предоставила ВККС письменные объяснения по вопросам, указанным в справке НАБУ, которое ранее обратила внимание на явные перегибы, однако на собеседовании их не обсуждали.
