Національна рада з питань телебачення і радіомовлення оштрафувала телерадіокомпанію "МіКомп" на 44 тис. грн за трансляцію пісні російського реп-виконавця Мота "День и ночь".

Зазначається, що за ухвалення відповідного рішення в ході сьогоднішнього засідання члени Нацради проголосували одностайно.

Під час моніторингу Нацради в ефірі радіо "МіКомп" була зафіксована трансляція музичного твору російського реп-виконавця Мота "День и ночь", в тексті якого є елементи пропаганди та популяризації держави-агресора.

"За результатами позапланової перевірки ТОВ "Телерадіокомпанія "МіКомп" (м. Кам'янське Дніпропетровської області)... є пропозиція визнати порушення. Керуючись статтею 72 Закону ("Про телебачення і радіомовлення" стягнути штраф 25% - це 44 тис. грн", - сказав голова регулятора Юрій Артеменко в ході засідання.
