На фотографии авторства Михаила Палинчака президент изображен в расфокусе, все внимание фотографа приковано к лицу первой леди. Взгляд Марины, направленный в сторону мужа, сложно описать однозначно – возможно, задумчивый или оценивающий, может быть, печальный.

Фотографию разместили у себя на страницах и в группах несколько пользователей Facebook.

Людмила Когут из Днепра разместила фото на странице группы " #Я підтримую Президента" с комментарием: "Это фото мне очень нравится". В комментариях к посту она добавила: "Взгляд умной женщины... Неплохо и нам хоть иногда вот так смотреть на своих мужчин".

Пост Людмилы Когут получил более 300 лайков. Другие участники группы восхищались Мариной Порошенко: "у достойного мужа – достойная жена"; "за каждым успешным мужчиной стоит сильная и мудрая женщина"; "как Марина за это время устала! Восхищаюсь и сочувствую!".

Роман Чернышев, также разместивший фотографию на своей странице в Facebook, написал: "Требую вручить автору этого снимка награды всех возможных фотовыставок!"

Евгений Будерацкий также перепостил фотографию с комментарием "Фото вместо тысячи слов".
