Раніше утримувався від будь-яких кометарів щодо діяності НАБУ та його директора Артема Ситника. Оскільки щиро вважав, що орган молодий і чим менше галасу, тим більше буде користі. Я повторював як папуга: "дайте хлопцям час".

Після призначення Артема Ситника директором НАБУ, тоді коли антикорупціонери почали звинувачува його у заангажованості та залежності, я говорив Артему Ситнику, що до журналістів потрібно виходити тоді, коли є хоч якісь результати роботи. Але, і НАБУ і його директор незалежні, тому можуть робити "все що завгодно", якщо це "все що завгодно" вписується у норму закону. 

Втім, судячи з ефіру Артема Ситника в "ТСН-підсумках", він результатами своєї роботи похвалитися не може. Якщо немає результатів, то потрібно знайти винного. Я думаю, що з цією метою директор НАБУ і прийшов в ефір на "плюси". 

В ефірі Артем Ситник уникав персоніфікації того, хто заважає. Але під натиском Алли Мазур директор НАБУ видавив, що тиснуть на нього якісь безіменні фракції парламенту. Ну, не зовсім тиснуть і не зовсім напряму. Та й не зовсім безіменні, а ті, що не дали призначити, цитую: "нашого аудитора". Фразу "наш аудитор" Артем Ситник повторив, якщо не помиляюся, тричі впродовж однієї хвилини ефіру! 

Пане Артеме, відкрийте ст. 26 Закону "Про НАБУ", де чітко сказано про "незалежність аудиту", а від так і аудитора. Тобто, не "Ваш аудитор" має Вас перевіряти, а незалежний. І це не тиск парламенту, а норма закону. Ви маєте сидіти і дивитися зі сторони як парламент ламає списи навколо цього питання і не демонструвати так відкрито свою зацікавленість та заангажованість.

Доречі, при всій повазі до професіналізму володарки багатьох журналістських нагород Алли Мазур, але в неї, чомусь, не виникло питання щодо "нашого аудитора"...

PS: Одразу хочу заспокоїти зрадофілів, які намагатимуться знайти у цьому дописі посягання на незалежний орган, змову масонів та спробу заплямувати чийсь мундир. Просто мундира як такого ще немає. Тому й плямувати нічого. Це всього лише констатація факту про "наше" НАБУ
