Правозахисний ЛГБТ Центр «Наш світ» розпочав рекламно-просвітницьку кампанію, яка приурочена до міжнародного пісенного конкурсу «Євробачення», який стартував у Києві. Протягом місяця на вулицях міста серед рекламних плакатів будуть присутні матеріали Центру.
Обираючи девіз цієї кампанії автори спирались на той, що обрали організатори «Євробачення» в якості офіційного – «Celebrate diversity» На борді він виглядає так: «Святкуймо різноманіття та рівність. Celebrate diversity and equality».
Певним чином це є перефразуванням девізу правозахисного ЛГБТ Центру «Наш світ»: «Ми є. Ми інші. Це і наш світ також». За задумом кампанія повинна продемонструвати киянам та численним гостям міста, як з України, так і іноземцям, що різноманіття світу було б неповним без ЛГБТІ людей.
За планом в середині місяця (коли конкурс вже закінчить свою роботу) оформлення плакатів трохи зміниться. Вони будуть присвячені міжнародному дню боротьби з гомофобією. Организатори сподіваються, що головним наслідком кампанії стане громадська дискусія про необхідність дотримання прав людини в Україні, боротьби з дискримінацією за будь якими ознаками, а не тільки СОГІ (сексуальна орієнтація, гендерна ідентичність).
