Депутата Полтавської облради, який має фармацевтичний бізнес, затримали за спробу дати $10 тисяч хабара поліцейському.

Про це повідомляє Департамент внутрішньої безпеки (ДВБ) Національної поліції України.

До Полтавського управління ДВБ звернувся з рапортом начальник Управління протидії наркозлочинності Полтавської області, в якому повідомив, що до нього звернувся керівник фармацевтичного підприємства і запропонував 260 тисяч гривень за сприяння в продовженні терміну дії ліцензії на діяльність мережі аптек в регіоні.

Зазначений директор підприємства, який є депутатом Полтавської облради, відправив свого представника в кабінет до посадовця з першою частиною від запропонованої суми – 35 тисячами гривень. Відразу після передачі хабара  46-річний чоловік був затриманий бійцями відділу швидкого реагування ДВБ НПУ, оперативниками Полтавського УВБ та слідчими військової прокуратури. Передані поліцейському кошти вилучено як речовий доказ.

В подальшому правоохоронці затримали і самого 41-річного керівника зазначеного фармацевтичного підприємства та провели обшуки за місцем проживання фігурантів та на території фірми.

За спробу підкупити поліцейського затриманим загрожує позбавлення волі на строк від 4 до 8 років з конфіскацією майна або без такої.

Як повідомив на своїй сторінці в facebook народний депутат Ігор Мосійчук, йдеться про депутата облради від Соціал-демократичної пратії Валерія Прядка, який є во директора КП "Полтавафарм".
