Колишній заступник генерального прокурора Пшонки Євген Блажівський за роки служби побудував собі будинок площею 1260 кв. м. Доньки екс-прокурора, які працюють суддями, також декларують великі площі нерухомості, готівкові заощадження та ювелірку - повідомляє проект “Декларації”.
Будинок екс-прокурора Блажівського знаходиться у селі Дмитрівці під Києвом і оформлений на дружину Любов. Він був введений в експлуатацію у вересні 2010 року.
Також, згідно витягу із Рестру речових прав на нерухоме майно, у 2006 році Любов Блажівська по договору дарування стала власником 93-метрової квартири у Львові. Із транспортних засобів Євген Блажівський володіє Jeep Grand Cherokee 2011 р. в.
Їх старша донька Оксана Блажівська працює суддею Господарського суду міста Києва. У своїй декларації за 2016 рік вона вказала квартиру площею 110 кв. м у Києві, записану на неповнолітню доньку Соломію, а також каблучки з перлами та діамантами, дві ікони із дорогоцінних металів і фарфоровий барельєф ручної роботи із позолотою. Готівкою Оксана Блажівська зберігає 3 тисячі євро, близько 6 тисяч доларів і 130 тисяч гривень.
Молодша донька колишнього прокурора Наталія Блажівська також вершить правосуддя у Вищому адміністративному суді. Згідно декларації, вони з чоловіком живуть у будинку площею 259 кв. м у Дмитрівці, а пересуваються на автомобілях Subaru Forester 2014 р. в. і Subaru Legacy 2011 р. в.
Проте, слід зазначити, що чоловік судді Сергій Ткаченко працює директором правового департаменту корпорації “Індустріальна спілка Донбасу” Сергія Тарути і протягом останніх чотирьох років його доходи коливалися від 2 до 4 млн гривень, тому задеклароване майно може бути пояснене.
Сам же Євген Блажівський працював у органах прокуратури з 1981 по 2012 рік, у 2012-2014 був ректором Національної академії прокуратури. Жодним бізнесом ані він, ані його близькі родичі ніколи не займалися
