Онищенко вважає, що журналісти в сюжеті «нарізали» те, що зручно було за контекстом. Нардеп-утікач Олександр Онищенко подав до суду на телеканал Al Jazeera за нібито помилкове розслідування щодо «грошей Януковича». Про це політик написав на своїй сторінці у Facebook.

«Що є? Судовий позов на компанію Al Jazeera на $20 млн - за брехливу інформацію, подану у сюжеті і репутаційна шкода, завдана мені», - зазначив Онищенко.

Він вирішив судитися через розслідування, в якому мова йде про придбання Онищенком та бізнесменом Павлом Фуксом у Сергія Курченка компанії, яка володіє $160 млн заморожених активів екс-президента Віктора Януковича.

Онищенко продовжує заявляти, що не має ніякого відношення до «грошей Януковича».

За його словами, опублікований варіант договору між ним та Фуксом від вересня 2015 року «ніким не підписаний».

«Al Jazeera опублікувала непідписаний варіант договору, у якому прописане припущення купити за дисконтом за 30 млн (включаючи оцінку вартості літака)... Навмисна маніпуляція, щоб у читача склалося враження, що угода вже тоді відбулася. А це неправда».

При цьому Онищенко стверджує, що «НАБУ працює у зв'язці із Al Jazeera».

«Журналісти приїжджали до мене кожні три місяці, вели світські бесіди про спорт, про корупцію в Україні, а в сюжеті «нарізали» те, що зручно було за контекстом», - додав Онищенко.

Нагадаємо, нардеп-утікач Олександр Онищенко заявляв, що не має стосунку до прав на «гроші Януковича», нібито куплених у Сергія Курченка.

Нагадаємо, у розслідуванні Al Jazeera зазначалося, що три опальні українських олігархи - Олександр Онищенко, Павло Фукс та Сергій Курченко - намагаються викупити активи колишнього президента України Віктора Януковича. Самі активи знаходяться за кордоном, а саме в офшорній зоні.
