Так, например, на одном из избирательных участков Иркутска наблюдатель снимал, как несколько человек подряд опустили в урну пачки бюллетеней, потом оператору объяснили, что снимать не стоит и разбили телефон.
В свою очередь в поселке Депутатском республики Саха, что на Дальнем Востоке России камера видеонаблюдения, установленная на избирательном участке, зафиксировала подобный случай. Человек стоит возле урны для голосования и один за другим вбрасывает туда бюллетени из большой пачки.
В Махачкале на участке №1072 мужчина напал на наблюдателя за отказ убрать камеру, после чего его вывел полицейский под возмущения членов комиссии на участке.
В этом же городе забросили в электронную урну несколько бюллетеней.
