Депутат Киеврады Олег Петровец построил на Никольской Слободке "площадку для выгула собак" и не забыл упомянуть, что за свой счет. НВ разобралось, что с ней не так. 

Сообщение о проделанной работе опубликовал в Facebook пресс-секретарь Петровца. 

После проверки норм обустройства территорий для собак оказалось, что у этой "площадки" есть несколько несоответствий. 

1. Площадка для тренировок или зона для выгула

Есть два вида обустройства територии для собак Площадка для тренировок и Зона для выгула, у которых разные задачи и к которым применяются разные требования. Судя по названию, на фотографиях что-то среднее, к чему не возможно применить прописанные нормы. 

2. Забор

Тренировочная площадка предусматривает наличие снарядов для занятий и высокого забора на территории, внутри которой можно отпускать собаку с поводка. Зона для выгула - не предусматривает никаких ограждений. 

3. Расстояние от жилых домов

Площадка для тренировок должна находится на расстоянии не менее 150 метров от жилых домов, зона для выгула - 40 метров. 

4. Предупреждающие знаки 

Возле каждой тренировочной площадки и зоны для выгула собак должна быть информационная табличка, предупреждающая о выгуле собак, а также имя и контакты ответственного за санитарное состояние территории. Возможно это Петровец?

5. Контейнер с пакетами и урна для фекалий

На площадке отсутствуют.
