У польській столиці Варшаві тисячі людей у суботу вийшли на антиурядову демонстрацію, протестуючи проти політики консервативного уряду.

Марш свободи, організований опозицією ("Громадянська Платформа", "Новочесна" і "Комітет захисту демократії") пройшов центром столиці. Поліція стверджує, що у марші взяли участь 12 тисяч осіб, але представники столичної ратуші кажуть, – 90 тисяч осіб.

Керівник партії "Громадянська платформа" Ґжеґож Схетина заявив на мітингу, що опозиція має обов’язок перед поляками, збудувати коаліцію, яка зможе виграти найближчі вибори.

Він сказав, що разом з іншими групами його партія створює громадську коаліцію, яка відкрита для всіх інших партій, в тому й лівих і ліберальних.

"Ми разом не тому, що боїмося, а тому, що ми хочемо дати полякам надію, що закінчиться цей фатальний час", - сказав він.
