В Рио-де-Жанейро (Бразилия) пятый год подряд ко Дню Независимости Украины подсвечивают статую Иисуса Спасителя в цвета украинского флага.

Об этом сообщает Посольство Украины в Бразилии 25 августа на своей странице в Facebook, пишет Новое время

"По случаю 100-летия возрождения Украинской Государственности, 27-й годовщины Независимости Украины и национального праздника Бразилии - Дня украинской общины, по просьбе Посольства Украины в Бразилии пятый год подряд всемирно туристическая приманка Рио-де-Жанейро - статуя Христа Искупителя освещена в украинские цвета", - говорится в сообщении.

Напомним, 24 августа в Украине отмечали 27 годовщину Независимости.
