Некоторые кандидаты в президенты подали заявления в МВД с просьбой предоставить им физическую охрану.
 

Об этом заявил министр внутренних дел Украины Арсен Аваков, сообщает "ДС" со ссылкой на "Укринформ".

"Обеспечивая прозрачность и законность выборов, поддерживая право свободной агитации кандидатов, важно не допустить провокаций против них, срыву избирательных мероприятий, нападений на кандидатов. Готов предоставить каждому кандидату независимо от степени оппозиционности правоохранителей, которые будут сопровождать его, то есть осуществить их физическую охрану", - заявил он.

Кроме того, Аваков добавил, что в МВД уже поступили заявления от некоторых кандидатов.

"Есть и офицеры, прошедшие профессиональную подготовку, есть и набор необходимых средств, включая мониторинг, для обеспечения их безопасности. При попытках провокаций будет жесткая реакция", - заверил Аваков.
