Сеть быстрого питания Burger King запустила в Хельсинки в Финляндии новый формат ресторанов Drive-Thru, в котором не нужно общаться с персоналом, сообщает The Drum. 

 
Заказ можно сделать через мобильное приложение, выбрать удобное время выдачи и оплатить банковской картой. Клиенту остается только подъехать на машине к пункту выдачи ресторана Drive-Thru и забрать заказ, не взаимодействуя с персоналом. 
 
Новый формат позволяет сократить время обслуживания на 7-8 минут. «Многие финны — замкнутые и застенчивые люди, которым не очень нравится разговаривать с кем-то незнакомым. Мы решили учесть эту национальную особенность и создать для них особый формат заведений», — рассказал Тони Флайкт, директор по маркетингу Burger King Finland. 
 
В 2019 году Burger King планирует открыть до 15 ресторанов Burger King в новом формате.
