Основная причина, почему люди подписываются на страницы брендов, – это желание получить больше информации о продуктах бизнеса. К таким выводам пришла компания Boston Digital. Эксперты опросили более 550 пользователей и выяснили, почему они подписываются на компании в соцсетях.

Ключевые выводы исследования

25,6% пользователей подписываются на бренды, чтобы получить больше информации о продуктах. 26,3% опрошенных надеются в сообществе получить полезную информацию, связанную с их хобби. Для 21,3% людей такой причиной является забавный или интересный контент.

На вопрос «Какой тип контента в соцсетях с наибольшей вероятностью заставит вас купить продукт или услугу?» около 51% пользователей сообщили, что это реклама. 48,7% ответили, что это эксклюзивные предложения.
 
Также пользователи рассказали, почему обращаются к брендам в социальных сетях. Основными причинами являются возникшие вопросы о товаре или услуге и проблемы, возникшие с продуктом.
Более половины опрошенных сообщили, что брендам «крайне важно» и «очень важно» отвечать на отзывы пользователей в соцсетях.

Главными причинами, почему люди отписываются от компаний, стали: неактульный или скучный контент, несогласие с ценностями бренда и отсутствие ответов на вопросы и комментарии, а также слишком большое количество публикаций.

Напомним, ранее похожее исследование провела компания GoodFirms. Эксперты выяснили, что 79% пользователей отписываются от брендов в соцсетях, потому что страница компании становится им больше не интересна.
