Мы можем верить в цифры, которые дают социологические конторы, или не верить — сейчас это не имеет значения. Важнее говорить о теоретических моделях, которые формируются в голове президента благодаря таким цифрам
Если очень коротко, то вся "большая игра" в нашей маленькой песочнице заключается в нескольких одношаговых конфигурациях.
1. В голову Зеленского вкладывают тезис о том, что во втором туре он должен встретиться с Юрием Бойко, и это автоматически гарантирует ему переизбрание (ну не получится Бойко выйти за пределы 30-35%).
2. Очень важно, чтобы лидером ОПЗЖ оставался именно Бойко, а не Медведчук. С Бойко легче договариваться, партнер Бойко Сергей Левочкин имеет неплохое влияние на самого Зеленского; в конце концов, Бойко понятнее и более прогнозируем, чем Медведчук.
3. Ляшко, Гройсман и Тимошенко размывают рейтинг Порошенко и опускают его на условное третье место. Поэтому их надо усиливать.
4. Появление Гройсмана в кресле премьера резко ударит по рейтингу Порошенко, и он точно встанет на уровне 12-13%.
5. Зеленского не предупреждают, что игру "второй тур с Бойко" вел Петр Порошенко и проморгал появление Зеленского.
6. Зеленского не предупреждают, что для того, чтобы делать какие-то далеко идущие выводы, надо делать не количественную социологию, а качественную и минимум раз в 2-3 недели тестировать различные вопросы, чтобы реально понимать не только перетекание электората от различных политиков, но и общественные тенденции, которые выстрелят через несколько месяцев.
7. Пока это не очень заметно, но появление сильного премьера приведет к глубинному конфликту с Офисом президента, ведь именно там принимаются все ключевые решения, включая назначениями на любые "хлебные" должности в госпредприятиях. И тогда встанет вопрос, кто главнее: сильный премьер или сильный руководитель Офиса президента.
Так или иначе, а игра началась. Пришло время покупать попкорн.
