Во Дворце независимости Беларуси представили новую экспозицию, посвященную событиям, произошедшим в Минске после президентских выборов в августе 2020 года.

На опубликованных снимках представлена картина с фрагментом событий 23 августа, на которой изображен захвативший власть в Беларуси "президент" Александр Лукашенко с автоматом в руках вместе с младшим сыном Николаем напротив Дворца независимости. Сам автомат, форма и символ ОМОНа, флаг страны с подписью "За Батьку" также стали музейным экспонатом.

Картину в центре экспозиции подарили Лукашенко сотрудники его службы безопасности, а нарисовала ее дочь одного из них. По словам пресс-секретаря Лукашенко Натальи Эйсмонт, девушка работала над этой картиной около полугода.

1 сентября Лукашенко рассказал, что в день рождения он получил картину. Говоря про сюжет, он отметил, что на полотне показан важный момент, когда он "бегал с Колей с автоматом". Также он отмечал, что готов защищать Беларусь "с автоматом в руках". Источник: https://censor.net/ru/p3296863
