21 мая на улице Ушакова был задержан человек, который расклеивал листовки, явно принадлежавшие категории черного пиара против кандидата в Президенты Украины Петра Порошенко.

Как сообщает пресс-служба Херсонского областного штаба кандидата, парня задержали обычные жители Херсона, они же и доставили бедолагу в Суворовское отделение милиции.

Там нарушитель признался, что не понимал, что делает, просто предложили денег. Тем не менее, как прокомментировали сотрудники херсонской милиции на "горе-рекламиста" будет заведено уголовное дело по статье 157 Уголовного Кодекса Украины.

В качестве наказания за подобные нарушения закона применяют: наложение штрафов в размере от 300 до 500 необлагаемых минимумов доходов граждан , или ограничение свободы на срок до двух лет.
