Верховний суд зобов'язав блогерку виплатити 250 тисяч гривень компенсації за невиконані умови в Instagram-конкурсі. 

Блогерка Алевтина Черкашина [diva_olivka] організовувала розіграш призів в Instagram за «підписку на спонсорів». Вона зобов'язалась привести по 50 тисяч підписників для кожного спонсора. 

Але Черкашиній вдалось зібрати тільки близько 22 тисяч підписників. Одна зі спонсорів, Вероніка Синиця, подала на блогерку до суду через невиконання зобов'язань, які були викладені в договорі, що підписали і блогерка, і спонсори. 

Синиця вимагала від Черкашиної 1 250 000 гривень – це штраф 250 тисяч, втрачена вигода 700 тисяч, 250 тисяч матеріальних збитків і 50 тисяч моральної шкоди. 

Господарський суди Києва ухвалив рішення стягнути з блогерки 250 тисяч гривень штрафу на користь Синіциної. 

Черкашина подала апеляцію, залучивши кількох адвокатів. Апеляцію блогерки задовільнили. На своїй сторінці вона описала цю ситуацію, мовляв, обрала «поганого» організатора, яка її обманювала, бо блогерка не мала досвіду у проведенні таких конкурсів. Тому «своєї провини тут не бачить». 

Зрештою, Синиця подала до Верховного суду, який скасував рішення Апеляційного суду і таки зобов'язав блогерку виплатити чверть мільйона гривень штрафу.
