Щоб звернутися до ДРАЦС, потрібно:

• відкрити паспорт у застосунку «Дія»;

• натиснути на нього та обрати штрихкод;

• дочекатися, доки співробітник ДРАЦСу зісканує штрихкод або вручну введе в систему 13-значний код, який розташований під ним;

• підтвердити запит на передачу даних у застосунку «Дія».
