Суд визнав груди дружини спільним майном і задовольнив вимогу чоловіка про стягнення половину вартості цієї неподільної речі. Про це повідомили у спільноті Ради адвокатів України.

Встановлено, що у 2016 році була проведена операція по ендопротезуванню молочних залоз, яка коштувала 172 тис. грн, тобто €6000.

Згідно рішення суду, колишня дружина має повернути €3000.
