Делегація Люксембургу прилетіла на саміт НАТО до Вільнюса літаком, який нещодавно використовував гурт Depeche Mode під час свого світового турне.

На це звернув увагу журналіст агентства AP Філіп Краутер, пише "Європейська правда". 

Краутер помітив, що коли прем'єр-міністр Люксембургу Ксав'є Беттель, міністр закордонних справ Жан Ассельборн і міністр оборони Франсуа Бауш виходили з літака у Вільнюсі, на борту судна був зображений великий червоний череп з 4 літерами під ним DM – MM, що означають Depeche Mode та Memento Mori, назву нового альбому гурту.

"Виявляється, вони зафрахтували літак, яким також користується гурт Depeche Mode під час туру", – пояснив журналіст.

Як пояснює RTL, люксембурзька армія намагалася забронювати переліт через Європейське командування повітряного транспорту, але воно не змогло знайти приватний літак для міжнародної події, тому Люксембургу довелося зафрахтувати інший доступний літак.

Після п'ятирічної перерви гурт Depeche Mode зараз перебуває у світовому турне на підтримку свого нового альбому "Memento Mori". У середу вони вилітають на наступний концерт до Рима.
