Представники УПЦ Московського Патріархату отримали дозвіл забрати деякі речі із Спасо-Преображенського собору, який за рішенням комісії Мінкульту опечатаний.

Як відомо, з моменту опечатування чернігівських святинь, громадський порядок біля них забезпечують представники воєнізованих структур та безпосередньо військові. Кілька священиків з помічниками переносили речі із собору. За цим зі сторони спостерігали військові. Паралельно з цим робітники займалися демонтажем старого замка на дверях собору.
Це неабияк розлютило представників УПЦ МП. Розгорілася словесна перепалка.

«Далі трапилося взагалі небачене. Це чітка провокація для картинки і російської пропаганди. Священик почав поводитися агресивно, дістав мобільний телефон і почав мене знімати на відео. Каже, покажу всій Європі, які ви фашисти. Я попросив мене не знімати, адже я військовий і мене не можна фільмувати. На моє прохання священик не реагував і провокував далі, весь час повторяв щось про фашистів. Я забрав у нього телефон з метою видалити відео, на якому я присутній. Після цього священик накинувся на мене з кулаками, а потім вхопив за руку і вкусив», — розповідає представник військового формування.

Як стало відомо, напав на військового і вкусив його за руку – чернігівський священик Андрій Забуранний. На місце події викликали поліцію, медиків.
