Хоча 2003 року із Хамадом бін Ісою Аль Халіфою зустрічався другий президент України Леонід Кучма. Допис вже відредагували Про розмову президента Зеленського йдеться на сайті Офісу президента, із сайту посольства України в Об’єднаних арабських еміратах відомо про візит Леоніда Кучми.
Вдень понеділка, 8 січня, на сайті Офісу президента з'явилась новина під назвою "Президент України та Король Бахрейну проведи першу в історії двосторонніх відносин розмову", згодом допис відредагували, і новина змінилася на "Президент України та Король Бахрейну провели першу розмову".
Тим часом на сайті посольства України в ОАЕ йдеться про те, що "перший офіційний візит 21 січня 2003 року Президента України Л.Д.Кучми до Бахрейну став найголовнішою подією українсько-бахрейнських відносин. Відбулись зустрічі Президента України з Королем Бахрейну Шейхом Хамадом бін Ісою Аль Халіфою".
Уважні користувачі соцмережі X (Twitter) помітили це та зробили скріншот початкової новини. Нині ж у соцмережах президента Зеленського про "першу в історії двосторонніх відносин розмову" не йдеться, окрім соцмережі Х.
