У Франції прийняли закон, який забороняє скаржитися приїжджим до суду на гамір, який лунає від ферм. Раніше містяни, як приїжджали у село “за тишею і спокоєм”, завалювали суди скаргами на корів, півнів та трактори. Тепер цьому поклали край на державному рівні. 

Про це повідомляє The Guardian. 

Французький парламент прийняв закон, який повинен покласти край сотням скарг на шум, які щороку подають на селян незадоволені сусіди. Переважно скаржаться новоприбулі міські романтики, які шукають пасторальних спокою та тиші, а натомість отримують ревіння худоби, квоктання курей та запах коров’ячого перегною.

«Ті, хто переїжджає в сільську місцевість, не можуть вимагати, щоб жителі села, які їх годують, змінили свій спосіб життя», — заявив минулого року міністр юстиції Ерік Дюпон-Моретті, коли закон був поданий до парламенту.

“Це якийсь сюрреалізм, що суди завалюють скаргами про те, що корови ревуть вночі. То що з ними зробити? Давати їм снодійне?”, – обурювався він під час агровиставки пізніше.

Окрім ферм та селянських дворів, закон також стосується закладів харчування, як то піцерія, бар чи ресторан. Якщо ви приїжджай, поселилися біля цих закладів і вам заважають запахи та шум, ви не зможете на це поскаржитися до суду.
