У Сумській області поліція викрила сутенерку, яка втягнула у заняття проституцією свою знайому. Для того, щоб провести розслідування, поліція залучила чоловіка, якому жінки двічі надавали секс-послуги. 

Про це йдеться у вироку Охтирського міськрайонного суду Сумської області від 26 квітня 2024 року. 

 

За даними суду, підозрювана на початку 2024 року запропонувала своїй знайомій надавати сексуальні послуги за гроші. За половину суми сутенерка пообіцяла підшукати жінці клієнтів. 

5 березня 2024 року сутенерка підшукала клієнта, який був готовий заплатити за секс. Проте, як вказано у матеріалах суду, "чоловік діяв під контролем поліції". Він передав жінкам 600 грн, після чого знайома сутенерки надала йому секс-послуги. 

7 березня чоловік, який "діяв під контролем правоохоронних органів" знову скористався послугами жінок. За це він заплатив їм по 400 грн і вони одночасно зайнялись із ним інтимом. 

На суді підозрювана сутенерка провину визнала та розкаялась. 

Суд визнав жінку винною за  ч.1 ст. 303, ч.2 ст. 303ККУкраїни та засудив до 1 року іспитового терміну.
