Як пишуть Bild та n-tv, лідер Сирії також відмовився потиснути руку Бербок, посилаючись на релігійні причини.


На думку журналістів, цей інцидент ставить під сумнів прагнення нового уряду до відкритості і демократичності на міжнародній арені.
