Народний депутат та член партії "Воля",Юрій Дерев'янко,повідомив,що ЦВК безпричинно і незаконно відмовила кандидатам у депутати від партії "ВОЛЯ" у реєстрації.

Звинувачує Юрій у відмові саме рідну сестру регіоналки Олени Лукаш (яка зараз перебуває у розшуку та переховується у Росії) - Секретаря ЦВК Тетяну Лукаш.

На власній сторінці у Фейсбук Дерев'янко пише,що побачивши його прізвище у реєстраційних документах,Тетяна не знайшла нічого кращого, як знайти формальну причину для того, аби не допустити Юрія та однопартійців на вибори :

"ЦВК щойно безпричинно і незаконно відмовила кандидатам у депутати від партії "ВОЛЯ" у реєстрації.

Це відповідь недобитків режиму Януковича на мої рішучі дії як автора люстраційного закону «Про очищення влади» та активну позицію партіїВоля!!!

Це безпрецедентно. Рідна сестра регіоналки Олени Лукаш (яка зараз перебуває у розшуку та переховується у Росії) - Секретар ЦВК Тетяна Лукаш, побачивши моє прізвище у реєстраційних документах, не знайшла нічого кращого, як знайти формальну причину для того, аби не допустити і мене, і моїх однопартійців на вибори.

По мажоритарних округах від ВОЛІ йдуть люди, які будуть боротися з одіозними представниками старої влади:

Марк Гордієнко проти Ківалова (135 округ)
Олександр Курилов проти Жванії (140 округ)
Микола Парійчук проти Калєтніків (15 округ)
Юрій Михальчук проти Журавського (66 округ)
Оксана Піддубна проти Кравця, завхоза Януковича (146 округ)
Олег Рудницький проти Олеся Довгого (102 округ)

В той самий час ЦВК зареєструвало 205 комуністів, 127 колишніх регіоналів під маскою партії Тігіпка ПР і відмовило 21 патріоту партії Воля!!!

У середу о 10:00 всі мажоритарники та увесь актив партії «ВОЛЯ» прийдуть відстоювати своє право бути зареєстрованими для участі у виборах.

Закликаю усіх небайдужих, людей ВОЛІ, не допустити свавілля і незаконних дій чиновників, які ще залишились нам у спадок від минулого режиму прийти під ЦВК!

Ми маємо ВОЛЮ змінити цю систему! І ми це зробимо!"

У свою чергу в ЦВК заявили,що за відсутності документів, зазначених у частині першій статті 55 виборчого закону, Комісія відмовила в реєстрації 21 кандидата у народні депутати України, висунутих Політичною партією "Воля".
