Министерство информационной политики Украины запустило проект «Информационные войска». Цель — развить сеть украинскихинтернет-пользователей, которые должны будут противостоять российской пропаганде. В первый же день работы этого проекта некоторым зарегистрировавшимся на сайте пользователям пришло письмо с инструкцией о том, как создавать ботов для ведения информационной войны.
