В иностранной прессе сообщается, что несмотря на то, что Россия все-таки сумела выйти из дипломатической изоляции, Барак Обама продолжает склонять Владимира Путина к выполнению условий Минских соглашений. ООН обнародовало новые данные по жертвам военного конфликта на Донбассе. Согласно докладу, вина за гибель мирных жителей в равной степени лежит на обеих сторонах конфликта. В то же время, Украина предоставила юрисдикцию МУС для расследования военных преступлений на своей территории. В Европе уже начинают с неприятием поглядывать на Северный поток 2, который может внести серьезные разногласия в единство Европейского Союза.

В западных СМИ отмечается восторг главы МВФ прогрессом украинского правительства по стабилизации экономической ситуации в стране.
