Визит канадского премьер-министра Джастина Трюдо в Киев завершился подписанием соглашения о зоне свободной торговли между Украиной и Канадой. Как и многими ожидалось, Владимир Путин подтвердил, что с первого января Украина больше не сможет свободно экспортировать свои товары в Россию. Соглашение о зоне свободной торговли с ЕС прямо противоречит ее экономическим интересам. В Кабинете министров Украины пообещали с середины января прекратить поставки товаров и услуг в оккупированный Крым, кроме гуманитарной помощи и самых необходимых вещей.
